ReprogramPKD™
After my own ADPKD diagnosis, I saw how many patients were left confused by conflicting advice online.
Combining my personal journey with my dietetics background, I spent hundreds of hours analyzing research and consulting patients to bridge theory with real-life application.
I created ReprogramPKD™ to connect education with practical dietetics — providing Polish-speaking patients with structured knowledge, actionable dietary habits, and a dedicated mobile app.

What is ADPKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease)?
Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the most common genetic kidney disease, affecting about 1 in 1000 people. It is characterised by the gradual development of cysts in the kidneys, which over time impair their function and can lead to kidney failure.
This disease carries not only a physical burden, but also a psychological one. Patients often experience uncertainty about the future, stress related to disease progression, and challenges in daily functioning.
Living with ADPKD is not only about managing the disease, but also about finding a balance between health and daily activities. Many people with this diagnosis feel a lack of comprehensive support that addresses both the medical and psychological aspects of living with a chronic illness.
